"Mike and Jim were great! After Mike Kimmel made a personal visit to my home and inspected the project, we scheduled the time and they really stuck to it. In fact, Jim made sure the new flexible heat duct made it all the way through the smallest of crawl spaces to reach the new vent, without being damaged. Jim even stayed late so I could be sure to have the room ready according to my schedule the next day. It may have seemed like too small a job for some of the bigger outfits in the area, but Mike and Jim were happy to help me out on time and at a fair price, especially given all the unexpected snags of such a tight workspace.
